Outline survey, deformation investigation, and levee investigation through core sampling.
We offer "levee surveys" as part of our disaster prevention investigations. Since river levees are long linear structures, their strength and hydraulic structures are not uniform, and the extraction of local anomalies becomes the main focus of the investigation. Therefore, there are limitations to surveys that rely solely on boring in terms of cost-effectiveness and construction feasibility, and the application of physical exploration is anticipated. Items to be understood in the survey include the soil composition of the levee, the presence of foreign materials, the distribution of permeable layers and liquefaction layers, cavities or looseness around structures such as sluice gates, and the presence of cavities behind the revetment.
